The local residents and students of NSS unit of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology Technical Campus, worked together to make the Thatthammala-Vattapara-Thangakall road passable. Locals had long been advocating for the renovation of this road, situated near schools and colleges, but felt disappointed by the lack of action from authorities. Approximately 50 NSS volunteers and community members initiated the road renovation efforts, led by NSS Program Officer Mr. Sajeer A, alongside local residents Mr. Shahjahan and Mr. Ilyas, as well as NSS Coordinators Nijin and Joji.
